The company has signed a contract to operate a 5 star, 102 all-suite hotel in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The official signing ceremony took place in Al Khobar on May 29th in the  presence of the representatives of the local economical life. The construction of the hotel is in progress already (see picture) and the scheduled completion of this project will be finished by the second half of 2012. The investor, Index Saudi Investment Group is a significant real estate investor of the area. Al Khobar with its 350.000 inhabitants, and with a population of 2 million in the surrounding vicinity, is the biggest Saudi city in the Gulf. It has a modern airport, a harbour and a 25 km long bridge connected to Bahrein. In this dynamic developing city and in the twin city Dannam, the third biggest city of Saudi Arabia, there are already 9 five star hotels in operation.
